Free 26-point site audit.

Put your address in and Slate fetches the page, runs every check, and scores it for SEO, speed, best practices and accessibility. Takes under 30 seconds. You keep the report whether or not you ever talk to me.

Results are estimates from a single page fetch. Need a full manual audit?

What gets checked

26 checks
  • SEO10

Titles, meta descriptions, H1s, canonicals, indexability, Open Graph, structured data, content depth

  • Performance6

Server response time, HTML weight, text compression, resource count, render-blocking scripts, image dimensions

  • Best practices7

HTTPS, mixed content, doctype, charset, HSTS, content-type options, safe external links

  • Accessibility3

Language attribute, image alt text, responsive viewport

Run by Slate's own engine — no third-party APIs, nothing billed back to you.

What happens next

No sales call before you see the numbers.

01

You get a scored report

Four category scores out of 100, then every individual check with a pass, warning or fail and the actual value measured — not a grade with no working shown.

02

The link is yours

The report lives at its own URL. Send it to whoever built your site, or keep it as a before-picture. Nothing is gated behind an account.

03

Claim it if you want the work done

One click turns the report into a live Slate workspace with keyword tracking and weekly re-checks. That is the point at which I get in touch — not before.

Before you run it

What this tool can't tell you.

A free tool that oversells itself is worse than no tool. Here is exactly where this one stops.

It reads one page, not your whole site.

The audit fetches the URL you give it and analyses that page. It is not a full crawl, so it will not find every broken link or orphaned page on a hundred-page site.

It is not Lighthouse.

No browser is launched and no JavaScript is executed. Timings are server-response measurements, not Core Web Vitals from a real device. That makes it fast and free; it also makes it an indicator, not a lab result.

Bot protection can block it.

If your site sits behind Cloudflare or similar, the audit may be served a challenge page instead of your real content. When that happens the report says so rather than scoring the wrong page.

Need the thorough version — a full crawl, competitor comparison, and a prioritised fix list? Ask for a manual audit.

It costs nothing to find out.
